Embedded Android AOSP Engineer

Packet Path is seeking Embedded Android AOSP Engineer with strong design and build skills, experience with low-level systems software and device driver programming and experience with shipping hardware/software products. This position requires a wide breadth of knowledge, including extensive experience developing Android BSPs, framework HALs and drivers.

Responsibilities:

Architect, design, write and debug kernel-level and user-level code and drivers for Android.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Android and Linux system programming
  • 5+ years of programming in C/C++.
  • 5+ years of related Embedded software development work experience or equivalent
  • Experience with debugging networking software for Embedded devices.
  • Experience working on embedded platforms
  • Experience with system related issues.
  • Knowledge of multithreading and synchronization
  • Bonus: Experience working with AM/FM radio.
